Charges: I generally base my home evaluation prices on the number of occupied bedrooms however, the more people I have to evaluate, the more complex and costly the evaluation. A house, apartment, or condominium with one occupied bedroom is $ 375.00, two occupied bedrooms $ 525.00, three occupied bedrooms $ 675.00
